The 2" Thick flex-firm foam provides soft cushioning for low impact activities. Ideal for teaching basic gymnastic exercises with young children. The flex-firm foam is for low shock absorption.
It is softer/more cushioning than the medium firm mats; and will be less stable for static activities/exercises. Your feet will sink into the mat and it is not for high impact activity. Great for home exercise activity and general fitness applications.
