Artificial Field Turf Description

The pro FL53 is hands down the most popular grass infill style sports turf in the USA. The FL53 slit filament yarn is the most durable style of and is the only yarn that will withstand the wear and tear of directional change in high traffic of indoor sports like football, lacrosse, and soccer.

Interestingly, the FL53 is the most affordable AND the most durable yarn. It's easy to see why it is such a popular choice and offers a great return on your investment.

The standard FL53 is 42 ounces, but can be custom manufactured at higher face weights and longer pile height in order to extend the life and add to the performance of large projects.

The FL53 also works very well as a playground product as it will accept up to three pounds of rubber per square foot and meets ASTM fall height requirements up to ten feet.
